- Arrival/departure days: Saturday/Saturday
- Both houses rental: required in higher seasons
- Main house only rental: considered in off season
- Main house only rental: others not booked in cabana
- Garage: excluded
- Smoking (anywhere on property): strictly prohibited
- Pets (anywhere on property): strictly prohibited
